And finally, I am a big believer in ‘good old fashioned customer service’. What do I mean by this? It means listening to my clients needs, building a relationship with them, and doing my homework on a property so I can give the best advice. I’m often picking up clients and driving them around Wellington to look at properties – I see it as a really simple way to get to know my clients and understand their needs.
WHEN I’M NOT WORKING
My family and I are proud Wellingtonians. When I’m not at work, I’m spending time with my wife and our two boys enjoying everything that this amazing city has to offer.
We live in Khandallah and our boys who are 5 and 7 attend Cashmere Avenue Primary School. We are very lucky to have such a great community around us and live in a small cul-de-sac where all the neighbourhood kids ride their bikes and scooters out on the street.
I’m a keen Hurricanes supporter and love watching the games held at the cake tin. My two boys both play rugby, and I love our Saturday mornings watching them play. I love this vibrant city that we call home, and enjoy all the wonderful cafes and bars we have on offer. We’ve got amazing public spaces, weekend markets, parks and walking tracks for all Wellingtonians to enjoy, and my family and I love getting out and about and enjoying them. When I’m not out and about with my kids, you’ll find me at home consumed by my other passions –cars, cooking and architecture. Over the years I’ve bought, renovated, built and sold many family homes and investment properties. I’ve been on the ‘client side’ many times and understand the importance of working with a real estate agent focused on delivering the best results for their clients.
