MY CLIENT-FIRST APPROACH
My mission is simple: to maximise your sales price and to exceed your expectations. I see myself as an advisor to my clients. Whether they are buying or selling, I am working for my clients, and my role is to guide their decision making with my advice. I love working with my clients and I am driven to achieve excellence. I pride myself on building relationships and delivering the best price for my clients. I am focused on understanding my clients needs and building meaningful relationships with them. It is very important to me that I communicate with my clients and they feel involved and across every step of the process. Exceptional customer service is non-negotiable in my world.Read more
By having an in-depth understanding of the property market, and translating that knowledge to achieve the best results, I’ve built a track record of success. As an expert negotiator I consistently exceed the price expectations of my vendors, ensuring that I am always delivering the best results. My client testimonials reflect this. Transparency is very important. I am very open with my clients, and always provide qualified advice that will lead to the best price for the property. And finally, I am a big believer in ‘good old fashioned customer service’. What do I mean by this? It means listening to my clients needs, building a relationship with them, and doing my homework on a property so I can give the best advice. I’m often picking up clients and driving them around Wellington to look at properties – I see it as a really simple way to get to know my clients and understand their needs.
WHEN I’M NOT WORKING
My family and I are proud Wellingtonians. When I’m not at work, I’m spending time with my wife and our two boys enjoying everything that this amazing city has to offer.
We live in Khandallah and our boys who are 5 and 7 attend Cashmere Avenue Primary School. We are very lucky to have such a great community around us and live in a small cul-de-sac where all the neighbourhood kids ride their bikes and scooters out on the street.
I’m a keen Hurricanes supporter and love watching the games held at the cake tin. My two boys both play rugby, and I love our Saturday mornings watching them play. I love this vibrant city that we call home, and enjoy all the wonderful cafes and bars we have on offer. We’ve got amazing public spaces, weekend markets, parks and walking tracks for all Wellingtonians to enjoy, and my family and I love getting out and about and enjoying them. When I’m not out and about with my kids, you’ll find me at home consumed by my other passions –cars, cooking and architecture. Over the years I’ve bought, renovated, built and sold many family homes and investment properties. I’ve been on the ‘client side’ many times and understand the importance of working with a real estate agent focused on delivering the best results for their clients.
What My Clients Say
I will be recommending Tim to friends, neighbours and colleagues as I believe it is the agent that makes the experience not so much the company, all through the well-known name and advertising of Tommy’s definitely helped so I would also recommend Tommy’s overall also if someone asked.
We met Tim at an open home when we were looking to purchase. He was very professional and unlike a lot of agents, he took the time to listen to the type of property we were looking for and took it upon himself to follow up with specific suggestions of properties to view rather than just adding us to a mailing list. We appreciated the personal touch and decided this is the kind of agent we wanted to sell our property.
From the appraisal to sale, the whole process was easy, fast, professional & stress-free. I was absolutely elated with the result. Working with such a knowledgeable & positive person was a pleasure. I wouldn’t choose anyone else.
