We loved that we were as little as possible involved with the actual selling part. Jo-Anne and Robert just handled everything beautifully; they kept us updated all the time, but took all the ‘uncomfortable things’ off our shoulders. I have recently sold my house in Titahi Bay and Robert was my agent. I particularly sought out the Romanos team as I had previously bought my house with the assistance of Robert and Dianne. Robert was extremely professional and helpful and during the process of selling my house I became very unwell and spent some time in hospital. Robert continued to smoothly manage my open homes and indeed had to “do a quick tidy up” as I had left the house urgently by ambulance and it was not as immaculate as I would normally leave it. Robert was very patient and helpful and kept me up to date by text and phone calls. What could have been a very difficult situation was made extremely easy with Robert’s support.
