Having joined the Real Estate industry in 1998, Olive joined Tommys in 2000 where she appreciates the team spirit and integrity, which is part of their everyday philosophy.
Real Estate is a people industry and consequently Olive deals with emotion, need and want on a daily basis. She believes that salespeople need to listen and have empathy, so they can truly understand their clients’ needs. Olive enjoys spending time with her family and friends, it was because of this she joined forces with Sheryl Neill in 2006. They’ve had a very successful partnership, as their goals for both work and home are the same.
