Grant and Clare are avid followers of sport in all forms and this is hardly unexpected bearing in mind that Grant represented Wellington in both Cricket and Rugby; he was a junior All Black and played both cricket and rugby in England and France at a high level in the 1980’s. His hands on sporting involvement these days are confined to coaching at school boy, college and club level. In this capacity, Grant encourages and supports his own family members and also promotes to the young people under his influence, the principals of team participation and fair play.
