Meet Chris Robinson

Chris Robinson has had an eye for property from a young age. It started with building sandcastles on the beaches of Wellington and was then followed by building homes around Wellington’s suburbs.
From a family of fishermen, Chris grew up on Wellington’s south coast. He attended Island Bay primary school, followed by South Wellington Intermediate, then Saint Patrick’s College, Kilbirnie, where he completed his secondary education and fulfilled his role as house captain.Read more
After college Chris moved on to a building apprenticeship with a local building company in the eastern suburbs. Working on local residential housing Chris completed his apprenticeship while actively purchasing investment property in Wellington’s northern region, constantly renovating and managing the properties himself eventually building his own home in Island Bay.
Real Estate / Property Management…
Building for eight to nine years Chris then turned to London where a change in career was on the cards. Joining a central London Real Estate Agency, he took on the role of Property Sales and Lettings Manager, completing successful deals for both vendors and purchasers from around the world.
Body Corporate Management…
Returning from London Chris joined a Body Corporate Management company in central Wellington. He worked with committee groups on the day to day running of some of Wellingtons finest apartment complexes before deciding to get into real estate and join the Tommy’s team.
