Very Happy Seller

Alexia and Danielle recently managed to market and sell my townhouse. I mainly delbt with Alexia who was fantastic. Great communication and to the point. Alexia was friendly and professional and was able to assist with extra tasks like dealing with a difficult body cooperate manager. Alexia and Danielle sold my property at the worst time of year during the christmas holidays while everyone is away. If I sell again in the future I know I will be asking Alexia to represent me and I happily recommend the team to anyone else lokking to sell.

A hard worker

We were very happy with the effort Tim put in to sell our rental property. It did not sell by its December deadline which was a reflection of the current state of the market. Christmas intervened, but in the New Year Tim got right back onto it and soon had three offers to present to us, one of which we accepted. We would recommend Tim to any property vendor!

The whole sale process was relatively easy, given that the house was built in the1990s “leaky buildings” era. Sam proved very easy to work with as he explained the process and outlined the issues. Viewing numbers were OK, but few offers resulted. Thanks to Sam and Ben the one offer succeeded.
