Chris & Wills, performed very admirably with a strong understanding of people. They targeted the right kind of buyer that they thought would be suitable for our type of house. The bill board was also eye catching & nicely presented with a lovely picture on the interior of the house, it was almost disappointing to see it covered up with the pink sold label. Chris advised us patiently for almost a year on how to clear the house from any clutter but also to leave the interesting things in the house & combine them with professional staging to produce a more unique environment to view for would be buyers. The market was extremely difficult as house prices were lower than previous expectations but Chris kept up a very positive & pleasant attitude throughout some disappointing offers. And eventually the more favourable offers came in. He was always immaculately presented with a range of tasteful suits. He was always approachable & always replied to phone calls, if not immediately then as soon as possible, considering that we were not the only clients he was dealing with. Chris demonstrated amazing enthusiasm for being a realestate agent, working from early morning to late nights & explaining things, informing & answering queries. He was recommended to me as an Island Bay specialist & with his local knowledge he was able to inform would be buyers of all the advantages of living in the bay. We are happy that he found a suitable buyer who we can hand our house over to cherish. I would recommend Chris & Wills to be the agents to sell your house.

Edmund and Wayne were absolutely superb. They brought their knowledge and experience to offer advice that was robust, realistic, and honest. We felt we could absolutely trust their advice, as they guided us through the process, without any pressure. They provided constant communication, so we always felt like we knew what was going on, nothing felt like too much trouble and there was no "silly question". They were also good fun! - a great sense of humour. Absolutely top chaps.
