A long term, open and honest connection with positive outcomes

We have used Warwick to sell several houses over the years so have an established a good ongoing relationship that we trust will give us the best results that can be realistically be gained. His knowledge of the market is reassuring, he clearly has good negotiating skills based on the outcomes he has achieved for us, and we really appreciate his pragmatic, up front approach. Warwick is in this business for the long game and builds positive connections accordingly. This has even involved on occasion offering to step aside during a process where we might possibly get a better deal with another party. Because we feel he is looking out for our best interests and not aiming for a ‘quick buck’, we will continue to use his services for any future sales we plan to make.

Excellent comms & understanding of the market

Jason made the whole process of selling our house remarkably easy. He had a clear understanding of the market and, importantly, how market conditions applied to our house. His communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed and responding promptly to any questions. Jason provided a clear game plan, explained each step of the process, and made it easy to navigate all the details around getting the house ready for the market e.g. LIM reports, builder's report. What could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and well managed. We would happily recommend Jason to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and supportive real estate agent.

Innovative and Excellent
