The whole sale process was relatively easy, given that the house was built in the1990s “leaky buildings” era. Sam proved very easy to work with as he explained the process and outlined the issues. Viewing numbers were OK, but few offers resulted. Thanks to Sam and Ben the one offer succeeded.

Professional Agent with the Vendor’s Interests at Heart

We had a very positive experience with Phil and Cath of Tommy’s when selling our family home. I really felt that Phil had our best interests at heart as vendors - and I haven’t always found that with previous agents. He was honest and up-front about the realities of selling, and we obtained a result we were very happy with in what was a fairly uncertain market. Together with Cath, they both made the selling process very easy as they were across all the intricacies of the process.
