After having our property listed with another firm for over 11 weeks, with limited interest and a hefty advertising bill, we were disillusioned with the entire selling process.

On Tuesday the 'caravan' came and I remember you all arriving and I could hear laughter as you walked to the front door. I was impressed.
Laughter says wonderful things about people, the team and the enthusiasm they have for what they do. I became less anxious and I did not have to defend the house or try and 'sell' it to the agents.
In amongst the throng I remember Mark saying to me that he was there to show all the agents around. Pierre introduced himself and as I remember you and I discussed Richard's hockey days at Scots!
When you left, my visitor said "They will sell it for you Denise".
David's letter arrived later in the day saying that we needed to become "familiar" with the documentation. I gave it a cursory glance as the sceptic was still there!

The advertising campaign was well thought out and the photography was of a very high standard attracting a large number of viewers to the open home.
But also, instead of just relying on the the open home to sell the property, Scotty took several groups through the house during the week and kept us informed about each visit.
