Stress, excitement, apprehension and elation! This is where I believe I can assist as relationships and people’s emotions are my first and main priority. Coming from having my own successful lightweight commercial construction company in Sydney to returning to my roots in Wellington. My success has always been attributed to strong negotiation skills, an extreme work ethic accompanied by a talent for building long lasting rapport amongst clients which most of whom have turned into friends.

I don’t believe in ones self-written appraisal accompanied by a long list of promises as I think decisions are made in the warmth of first encounters.
