November 2010 - Stronger Market Activity Going into Xmas
Hello and welcome to my November 2010 newsletter.
From the coalface there has certainly been more enquiry and sales action in the past 2 months than there has been over the past six months.
October 2010 - Sales Volumes Up over the Past Month
The past month has been very interesting from the point of view where the level of sales has increased quite markedly from the month before.
While the volumes have increased on the back of stock availability, I would have to say that the pricing remains steady at best and tending downwards at worst.
September 2010 - Spring Flush Begins to Hit Market
As per usual the press has been in full swing over the past month reporting on the state of play in the property market.
Luckily for those who are involved in the Wellington market, there is generally a better level of insulation against the peaks and troughs of the New Zealand residential as a whole.
