Wayne is a “Wellington boy” born and bred, attending local schools and university. Being one of ten children has given him a well rounded gregarious personality and an affinity for Tommy’s team approach. A strong, wide ranging business background including a considerable time in property development, Wayne brings a solid work ethic and a keen analytical approach to real estate. Many years in sales and procurement have armed him with enviable negotiating skills and the ability to know when to ‘close’ a deal.
