I worked with Susan Woodley for a period of 14 months from Feb 2010 to March 2011 to find a suitable property to move to. Our wants were quite specific and we looked at many properties. Susan was always bright cheerful and helpful. Even when we said no to property after property she kept going.
Finally we found the right place then I went ahead and put an offer in which was accepted however due to unforeseen circumstances I had to pull out at the last minute. Susan remained polite, positive and helpful.
A few weeks later I decided to have another go at the same property and called Susan. She was just lovely, never once criticising just totally supportive and professional. This time the sale went through and Susan went out of her way to ensure documents were signed and all ends were tied up before settlement. Tommy's were an excellent firm to work with, they photocopied documents, gave us a great present on settlement and even removed the Tommy’s sign from the front lawn before we moved in which was much appreciated. It is with pleasure that we write to your firm expressing appreciation of the outstanding service received from Susan and Murray in the recent sale of our Papakowhai property. We engaged two real estate firms to provide an appraisal of the property prior to listing. While both firms provided very professional service, the enthusiastic, knowledgeable and open honest approach provided by Susan and Murray secured their services.
We found them very easy to deal with and no pressure whatsoever, being accommodating in every query and request. Probably one stand-out, was their matter of fact approach to pricing the property for sale and excellent advice as to preparation for sale including obtaining a builders inspection report which was made available to prospective buyers for viewing. They also provided very comprehensive marketing plan to support the listing but were confident that they had ready prospects and would be able to secure a quick sale. The net result being that from being listed on a Friday we were fortunate to have three formal offers presented on the Sunday evening, with a further two in the pipeline which we did not need to progress. While some people would say we were lucky, we prefer to think that it was a combination of property presentation and professional skills of Susan and Murray.

In the last month we have sold two houses, viewed many and purchased one. For a variety of reasons we needed to deal with a number of real estate firms and a number of agents.
