Boulcott

This is one of Lower Hutt’s most charming and tightly-held areas - the triangle of streets in the centre of the city, next to the Hutt Golf Club, informally known as the ‘dress circle’ (Military Road, Hathaway Avenue and Troon Crescent). This area features gracious houses with well-established gardens, with many of the properties set on the now-almost legendary quarter acre sections.
