Thank you for getting the sale across the line. While the final price is below what I believe the true value of the property to be, I do understand the challenges of selling a townhouse in the CBD with so much competing stock on the market.
In my view, the property sold around $55,000 under its potential value, but I appreciate the effort and work that went into achieving the result.
I do hope the new owner enjoys the property and all that comes with it.
